From Interstate 45
Go West on Nasa Road 1 (FM 528).
You will go through a light at the shopping center.
Immediately after the light, look to the left for your turn.
Turn left onto West Nasa Road 1 (NOTE at this point the main road becomes 528).
The next right is West Nasa Blvd and the gym is on the right.
From Friendswood
Go East on FM 528.
As you approach Interstate 45, you will pass two churches on the right.
Look to the right for your turn after the churches.
Turn right onto West Nasa Road 1.
The next right is West Nasa Blvd and the gym is on the right.
