COACH RECOMMENDATION ONLYThis is an advanced class. Students should be able to perform the basic skills introduced in the prior levels independently and with good form. Students will be working on Core Strength and Upper Body Strength , as well as all the Level 3 USA Gymnastics Level skills. This class serves as a preparatory level for competitive gymnastics for those who desire.
