Intermediate Level - MUST have completed beginning level class AND have coach recommendation! Kids will move through beginning level at their individual pace and will be promoted when they are ready!!This class is non-stop, heart pounding fun for 55 minutes. Each class incorporates high energy warm ups, strength, endurance, and agility training, and what would a ninja class be without an obstacle course. Your child will be on the move for one full hour with exciting new obstacles like THREE rock walls, rings and bar hangs, balancing challenges, muscle building activities and agility mazes.
