This is an introductory gymnastics class. Students will learn basic gymnastics skills on the four women's events: Uneven Bars, Floor Exercise, Vault, and Beam. Students will be learning cartwheels & handstands, basic bar skills, punching the board on the vault, and beginner walks on the beam.
