With a focus on core strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina, the class is an ideal all around program both by itself and even as a foundation for other sports. Students will get fit while learning all while having FUN!!!! Classes are available for school-age boys and girls, as well as preschool siblings. Classes for home-schoolers are discounted from our regular class prices. Classes are held during non-peak hours so home school students have maximum use of the entire facility.
